Paleo Meal Deal
This meal plan is a paleo plan: Free from dairy, gluten, grains and legumes, prepared with high quality healthy fats, and low carb vegetables. It includes 5 entrees, 3 chicken salads, 1 egg salad, 2 soups and 4 servings of turkey sage breakfast patties. Entree portion (cooked) is 3 ounces protein and 6 ounces vegetable
It is prepared using local pastured meats (or, organic if unavailable) and local or organic vegetables.

Sundried Tomato and Basil Pesto Zucchini Noodles Ingredients: local pastured chicken, organic zucchini, sun dried tomatoes, walnuts, olive oil, sea salt, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, parsley, chives
Coconut Curry Pork Meatballs with Broccoli: Ingredients- local pastured pork, organic broccoli, coconut milk, sesame oil, curry, ginger, sea salt, chicken bone broth, cayenne, coconut oil, olive oil.
Skillet Chicken Fajitas with Cilantro Sauce- Ingredients:Local pastured chicken, onions, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes.
Pork Roast with Warm Tangy Slaw- Ingredients: local pastured pork, cabbage, onion, carrot, olive oil, cider vinegar, farm egg, sea salt, garlic, thyme, basil, oregano, parsley, chives.
